Delivery & Return Policy
Items bought on this site will be delivered to addresses within Australia only.
When you login to your account you can track the estimated delivery date and the transport carrier for your order. You will also receive a tracking email with all of the relevant tracking information. Please note that all order delivery dates are estimates based off data provided to us by the carriers, and as such, actual delivery dates may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.
We will send you an invoice with your order when it has been shipped. Depending on the carrier used if no one is in attendance when they attempt delivery to your chosen delivery address they will leave a card to advise you of re-delivery options.
Lost or damaged orders
A lost order is one where we cannot be supplied with a POD (Proof of Delivery) by the courier. If the order is damaged in transit, we will replace the damaged item(s) at no charge. Contact us immediately for all lost or damaged in transit orders.
We cannot be liable for the wrong parts being ordered and delivered to you. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure the correct spare parts for your specific model are purchased. Should you wish to return an order, or part of an order, please make contact with us for a Good Return Advice (GRA). A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. You must ensure the items you wish to return are correctly and safely packaged. Payment of the delivery is to be organised by you.
Spare Parts Warranty
In the case of a part failing after installation into an appliance, we offer a 12 month replacement warranty on the part. GDA reserves the right to refuse a return whereby a part has failed due to incorrect installation, or installation by a person that does not hold the relevant licenses/trade qualifications. We are unable to accept the return of circuit boards or electronic components. Please make sure that any such items ordered are in accordance with your requirements before ordering.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will only credit the card used to make the original order's payment. The amount to be credited corresponds to the total amount of the returned items minus the 15% restocking fee. The refund may take up to 7 days to be processed. In the unlikely event that the last item showing in stock is either missing or damaged and we are unable to supply an item from your order we will contact you to advise. This will result in either a credit for that item or you can choose to wait for more stock to arrive and then the item sent out.
